&p&看一个个都答得，马勒戈壁。欢迎指点。&/p&&p&核心观点，本次释放基础货币是超市场预期。&/p&&p&短期冲击金融市场，新行长可能风格有点不一般；长期影响得看市场对资金的利用。&/p&&p&短期：请看近期的Shibor利率走势，3月Shibor从之前高点4.7下降到4.2，1年期下降不多，但也到了4.5。4月份下降的速率最快。最近债券都涨了不少。&/p&&p&央行说，以一季度9000亿为例，注意是&为例&，一季度已经过了，但是利率却下降了不少。所谓对冲，是对冲到期的MLF，4月25日到期多少MLF？（这段只是打个掩护，上年MLF存量应该在3万亿左右，今年规模稍大）&/p&&p&所以4月25日，一旦开闸，最先冲击的一定是债市，尤其是短债。规模多大？全国商业银行存款150w亿，降准1%，1.5w亿。银行得到1.5w亿的钱，首先需要短期保值，然后寻找长端市场。&/p&&p&中长端：这跟真的看市场的造化了，你说房价会不会涨？真看不出来。钱肯定有部分会去房地产，但会不会推高价格是不能确定的。&/p&&p&3月M2增速8.2%，一季度总体应该在8.5%，一季度GDP增速6.8%，CPI 2.1%。&/p&&p&8.5% & 6.8 +2.1 = 8.9%，这个说明资产价格在下降。所以可以看到，为什么利率下降了，股票还在跌，房市跌没跌见仁见智（社融同比还是很高的，我认为房价是跌了，但房市总量还在往上快走）。 &/p&&p&我认为，这次央行放水原因有几个：1、金融市场去杠杆应该进度差不多了，认为此时增加基础货币安全。2、增加基础货币目的是扶持各行业，降低资金成本，因为货币从银行出走的，渠道如果限制得好，是可以精准打击的（我认为国家对制造业扶持力度是最大）3、支持资产价格（房市需要的是抑制而不是刺破）4、放松长端流动性 5、新行长大礼包&/p&&p&我认为，1、通胀预期会更高，未来2.5%应该会有。2、金融市场短期会反应很大。3、央行调节的工具还是相对充足的，短期出现问题会立刻紧缩部分流动性。&/p&
