/>未来3到5年,80后一代将逐渐成为社会的主流,这一代人对葡萄酒的喜爱将远超过白酒,因为80、90年一代的消费习惯变化,未来白酒市场将有一大部分会被葡萄酒所取代。近年来无论是国内外葡萄酒企业,还是葡萄酒知识传播培训机构都在积极地推广葡萄酒知识。几年前这些还都是少数精英阶层才可涉及的,葡萄酒也被认为是高端大气上档次的奢侈品,可也就是几年时间我们再看,很多葡萄酒培训已经深入到二线城市,而且葡萄酒市场推广更是已经深入到三线城市,浙江、福建等沿海省份甚至已经到乡镇一级市场。葡萄酒知识的普及度也越来越高,葡萄酒在中国老百姓心中已不再那么神秘和高不可攀,在未来3到5年内相信葡萄酒知识在中国会越来越普及。互联网、微博、微信等新媒体这几年在中国迅猛发展,她们所带来的影响力中国老百姓已经切身体会到,新媒体不但带来了人们生活方式的变化,更推动了传统商业模式的变革。新媒体是新时尚,葡萄酒是时尚品,所以当葡萄酒遇上新媒体,必将掀起行业波澜。也买酒、酒美网等新媒体与葡萄酒的结合,已经彻底终结了葡萄酒行业的暴利时代;微信等的快捷分享让无数菜鸟都变成小半个专家。这些新媒体毫无疑问未来几年仍将会高速发展,这将会在很大程度上为中国葡萄酒市场发展推波助澜。行业内统计,中国葡萄酒目前仅300亿左右的市场总量,相对于白酒数千亿市场来说目前还只是“小兄弟”,但是随着人们消费习惯的改变,加之葡萄酒知识的普及以及新媒体的推波助澜,我们相信未来3到5年中国葡萄酒必将会高速增长,甚至会出现暴发性增长。二、国产葡萄酒行业的三大难关中国葡萄酒市场简单来看可分为国产酒与进口酒,未来到底谁更有机会搭上中国葡萄酒市场高速增长的“动车”呢?国产葡萄酒目前主要是张裕、长城、王朝这三大品牌,也就是传统定位认为的行业第一阵营,第二阵营目前也就威龙、华东等,第三阵营主要是一此地方性品牌,如云南红、汉森、通天、皇轩、怡园莫高等。实际上中国葡萄酒行业发展是比较畸形的,国产葡萄酒行业明显的三大现象是:一、第一阵营体制受限;二、第二阵营后劲不足;三、第三阵营难以突破。深入分析三大现象背后是国产葡萄酒行业存在的三大问题,这三大问题在未来3到5年仍将是制约国产葡萄酒发展的三大难关。难关一:体制关。国内一线酒企,无论是白酒还是葡萄酒,大多还是国有体制或受国有体制的影响。国产葡萄酒企业最明显的就是王朝,应该来说,王朝真正是中国葡萄酒品牌的代表,但是因为体制受限,这些年来几乎没有发展,南部的改革刚见成效又被体制的框架活活拖死;再说说长城吧,中粮兼并后几经折腾仍然没有走出误区;发展相对好一些应属张裕了,改制给其带来了发展的澎湃动力,但第一阵营如果仅此一家发展仍然不变改变行业的大格局。难关二:底蕴关。中国白酒文化历经几千年传承,源源不断,底蕴深厚,所以才能支撑其品牌的高附加值。而相对于白酒,现代意义上的葡萄酒在中国真正发展也才30余年,尽管这些年来业界有人在谈中国西部也有几千载的葡萄酒史,但那终归也只是在业界谈谈而已,历史的断档是无法去修复的。相比欧洲几千年葡萄酒发展史,我们的葡萄酒明显存在文化底蕴上的不足,正是因为这一重要原因影响了国产葡萄酒品牌附加值的提升,这一点是中国葡萄酒最难以突破的一关。从当前国产葡萄酒行业现状来看,行业本身还难以形成合力(这部分内容另撰文研讨)来引导国民对于国产葡萄酒价值的进一步认知。实际上业内都知道2011年在北京举办的一场盲品比赛中,来自宁夏产区的葡萄酒击败了法国波尔多名庄酒,再现1976年那场经典的美法葡萄酒大赛之盛况,这足够说明了中国葡萄酒这些年来所取得的发展,可这些信息也仅在行业内流传。笔者从事一线国产葡萄酒营销推广多年,常遇到消费者对于国产葡萄酒的不认同,初遇时十分懊恼,理性分析后也淡定多了。这一难关的突破需要国产酒品牌形成合力,特别是第一、二阵营的合力引导,可现实是只有张裕一家在极力呐喊,王朝、长城都还深陷在自身的泥潭中苦苦挣扎,而威龙却主打“有机”概念自立门户了。所以这一关将是未来3到5年内国产葡萄酒难以跨越的最大障碍。难关三:价值意识关。国产食品这几年不断被曝光的阴暗面在葡萄酒行业也存在,2011年央视曝光了河北昌黎一带的假酒事件,2012年张裕的药残门事件沸沸扬扬,山东烟台一代至今仍然能大量提供所谓的“超低价原酒”。国内食品行业从业者的行业自律仍然令人担忧,这是从加工业方面来说的。另一方面国内市场竞争的无序性也导致渠道商一再压缩采购成本,迫使制造企业一再压低制造成本,乃至以次充好,造成恶性循环。这两方面的问题归结起来都是行业从业者的价值意识和道德意识缺失,这一问题的解决也不是一朝一夕可以实现的,所以未来3到5年也将会成为影响国产葡萄酒发展的一大难关。三、进口酒市场潜力巨大我们分析了国产葡萄酒因为三大难关不易跨越,未来3到5年难以取得突破性进展,但是中国葡萄酒市场高速增长已是必然,所以进口酒巿场机会巨大,这种机会也源自于进口酒自身的几大优势:一是中国老百姓还是认为进口品牌文化底蕴相对深厚,特别是旧世界地区的品牌,葡萄酒行内有句话:老外是看酒喝酒,咱中国人更多是看人喝酒,意思说的是中国人特有的“面子”文化,喝进口酒比喝国产酒更有面子;二是相比国产酒,进口酒的品类更丰富,消费者可选择性更强,先不去说葡萄酒新、旧世界共有多少产区,每个产区又有多少种自己的特色产品,举个简单的例子,目前在国产酒中几乎就没有优秀的起泡酒,而起泡酒却深受年轻一代喜爱,那咋办?于是乎世界各地琳琅满目的起泡酒纷纷抢滩登陆;三是相对于国产酒,进口酒市场价格不透明,更有利于保持渠道利润,这也是非常重要的方面。这三方面归结到一点来看还是因为国产酒行业自身的发展受限,服装行业就是明显的例子,十到十五年前,中国市场的中高价位服装几乎都是洋品牌,可随着中国服装业的快速发展,现在我们身上几乎都是福建、广东等地产的民族品牌。国产葡萄酒行业如果能摆脱限制,高速发展,那未来巿场格局完全不一样。目前中国葡萄酒市场300亿左右的总盘子,进口葡萄酒已几乎与国产葡萄酒平分秋色,老外都知道中国葡萄酒市场巨大,并且未来会更好,国外酒商中流传着一句话:我们不是在中国,就是在去中国的路上。进口葡萄酒在中国市场经过近10年的打拼也逐渐形成了几大营销模式:国内酒企代理、小圈子团购、连锁经营、品牌化运营、新媒体营销,我们来分别分析一下这几种模式。国内酒企代理模式:中国酒行业有她的特殊性,这种特殊性曾让老外雾里观花、水中望月,这一点在白酒行业表现的最为明显,至今少有国外企业界入中国白酒行业,而在快消品领域,还没有被外企或外资界入的行业已经曲指可数。中国酒行业的特殊性简单来说主要表现在渠道的复杂性方面,老外很难看懂,所以很多国外葡萄酒进入中国市场都是通过由中国一线葡萄酒企业代理操作的,如王朝、张裕都有自己的国际酒业公司,分别代理很多国外葡萄酒品牌。这种模式早期有其优势,但随着市场的发展,这种模式存在的弊端就逐渐显现出来,主要原因在于国内一线葡萄酒品牌自身发展已经遇到瓶颈,前面我们已经分析了。小圈子团购模式:这种模式早些年前曾火极一时,国内很多酒水经销商见到进口葡萄酒有高利润,纷纷去法国、智利、美国、新西兰等地小酒庄淘点酒回来,或者更高明一点的在国内注册个商标到国外加工一批酒回来,依托自己的人脉圈子高利润销售,很多人因此一夜暴富,成为真正的“土豪”一代,在国内类似产品高峰期尽有数万个品牌,真是一个吓人的数字!但是近年来,随着这类酒的泛滥,一方面严得透支了老百姓对洋品牌的崇拜,另一方面因为这类酒多是通过小圈子销售,而这些小圈子刚好多是国家政策打击的对象,所以随着国家宏观政策的推进,这种模式下的从业者已经明显感觉到生存空间被压缩,未来这种模式更将无法生存。连锁经营模式:这种模式的典型代表有富隆酒窖、ASC精品酒业、华致酒行等,这类经营业态主要面对的是葡萄酒专业或发烧友类消费者,其对葡萄酒文化的传播起来了积极的作用。这些专业经营机构多釆取加盟或直营等方式进行模式复制,但是这种复制对于从业人员、投资者、地域选择等等都有较高的要求,所以想在更大地域内推广仍然尚需时日,其未来的发展考虑和新媒体结合不失为一条好途径。品牌化运营模式:这是近几年开始兴起的进口葡萄酒运营模式,这种模式典型代表有上海南浦运营美国嘉露的加州乐事,厦门建发运营卡期特的玛茜等,随着中国葡萄酒市场的成熟,进口葡萄酒品牌化运营将是未来的必由之路。当前国内能具备这种实力的专业酒水销售商也不少,而且很多销售商也逐渐产生了品牌运营的意识,我们相信未来在这种模式下会催生出一批有雄厚实力的品牌运营商。新媒体营销模式:也买酒等专业的葡萄酒网络经营平台已经打破了原有葡萄酒经营渠道模式,让酒厂、酒庄与消费者实现了无缝对接。随着中国经济的快速发展,未来新媒体营销还会进一步向纵深发展,传统的商业模式和渠道经营模式将会被巅覆,就如改革开发后批发市场取代了供销社,紧接着超级市场在很多地方又取代了批发市场,未来O2O、O2B等新模式必将在很大程度上取代传统的渠道销售。国产酒的自身局限,带来进口葡萄酒巨大的市场机遇,进口酒运营模式也不断优化并逐步走向成熟,未来更规范化、专业化、品牌化运作将是进口葡萄酒抓住市场机遇的关键。四、传统渠道与电商的较力葡萄酒的传统渠道包括:商超、餐饮、团购、烟酒行、流通、夜场、专卖店,这些商业业态在未来3-5年将会发生哪些变化呢?电商在葡萄酒领域又将发挥什么样的作用呢?我们分别来研究一下。商超:未来几年内将仍然是生活消费品的主要零售渠道,其也将会是中低价位葡萄酒餐酒的主要销售渠道。餐饮:中国餐饮业连续多年维持的高增长自2012年下半年开始走低,有数据显示:月,全国餐饮收入实现11795亿元,比上年同期下降4.5个百分点;其中限额以上单位餐饮收入实现3743亿元,同比下降2.2%。国家宏观政策的影响还是十分明显的,未来葡萄酒在餐饮渠道的销售势必也将受到影响,特别是中高价位产品。团购:以政务为主的中高价位酒团购市场已经受到了毁灭性打击,未来几年也不可能恢复;企业团购分招待性的和福利性的,实际上企业招待性的大家都心知肚明,很大一部分都是用于公务招待,这一块也会受到很大影响,至于福利性的中低价位餐酒,这一块未来影响不大。夜场:其作为葡萄酒的特殊渠道将仍然有其生存空间,未来几年内不会有太大的变化。流通:随着市场越来越成熟,流通渠道半径将会越来越短,新兴商业业态也将弱化这个最传统渠道的影响力,但是中国毕意是个幅员辽阔大国,流通渠道在一定阶段内仍然还有她的生命力,特别是在中国的北方地区。烟酒行、专卖店:这类渠道至所以能生存,实际上背后都是隐性的团购在支撑,前面我们分析了团购市场的状态,自然可预知这些渠道未来的命运。这类渠道未来的出路将会是和电商合作。随着新商业业态迅猛发展,传统将一再被挑战并被刷新,这也是商业发展的必然规律,关键是厂家、商家能否提前感知新业态的潜力并紧跟新业态适时调整自已的方向。目前国内葡萄酒运营的三大电商分别是也买酒、酒美网和8号酒铺,这些网络平台也都是近三五年快迅发展起来的,2012年微信等移动终端更是来势汹汹并且现在都已启动商业运营平台。新商业传奇人物——马云也是因为预知未来电商在中国会大踏步发展,随之而来的物流环节将成为瓶颈,于是华丽转身搞起了“菜鸟”。我们可以预知未来3到5年这些基于新媒体的商业业态将会长足发展,线上线下给合的O2O模式、线上与物流结合的O2B模式等逐渐将会成为主流,在葡萄酒行业我们预计3到5年内新业态将会与传统业态平分秋色。五、小酒庄酒将崛起目前在国内运营较为成功的,在国际上也享有一定知名度的中国小酒庄酒品牌就只有山西“怡园”,这个品牌在业界影响力挺大的,其酒的品质也被国际上认可,世界葡萄酒评论大师罗伯特·帕克来中国对于此酒也给予了高度评价。预计未来3到5年内随着中国葡萄酒市场的快速成长,我们相信在河北昌黎、山东烟台、宁夏贺兰山等地将有一些小酒庄会趋机崛起,原因主要有以下几个方面。1、中国国际化步伐在加快,与国际接轨将成为必然。现在世界顶级葡萄酒主要集中在法国的八大列级庄,这些酒严格来说都可以归为酒庄酒的范畴,从这些年来中国“土豪”一代对“拉菲”追捧,
