New laptop running at 100% disk usage

Hello everyone, I've tried to find solution to this problem for 3 months to no avail, hope you guys could shine some light.
Here's the situation, I've bought a MSI PE60-2QE back in September 2015, and I've noticed it is absolutely, definitely, noticeably slower than my old laptop, which should be the case considering this laptop is suppose to be a bit of a powerhorse with I7 5700HQ. Then I've managed to pinpoint the problem to disk usage. Normally whenever i open any application, it will jump all the way to 100% for a few seconds then goes back down when the application is fully open. Sometimes it will also spike to 100% disk for no particular reason. This issue has seriously hindered this laptop performance.
Previously I have also encountered BSOD but since my latest BIOS update directly from MSI official web this issue seems to have resolved. Now whats left is this 100% disk usage issue.
· OS - Windows 10· x64· Windows 8.1· OEM version (came pre-installed on system)· ~ 3 months· Age of OS installation - updated once the window update for windows 10 pop up.· CPU - i7 5700HQ· Video Card - GTX 960M
1TB HDD, no SSD· System Manufacturer - MSI· Exact model number - PE60· Laptop
I have done some digging around the internet, with my limited knowledge on computer, I have tried to
disable superfetch and prefetch,
disk defrag schedule,
reinstalled all my drivers,
uninstall msi dragon gaming center and super charger.
The problem still persist. I would greatly appreaciate any help that you guys can offer. Cheers!

Lot's of errors related to piracy and virus'Here's suggestions on how to ensure that your version is legitimate:   On pirated systems I provide an initial analysis as a courtesy.I will not reply to questions about how to fix the errors that I notice.Once the system has been made legitimate we'll be glad to continue helping. Here's the analysis....... Back in September/October you had a series of BSOD's, this analysis will include these memory dumps. Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen both dtsoftbus01.sys and dtscsibus.sys blamed on several occasions). Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration):  New link (15 Aug 2012):
(pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).Alternate link:  Manual procedure here:  The memory dumps were primarily hardware type errors.  This means it was either a hardware problem, a compatibility issue, or even a low-level driver problem. If you hadn't isolated a problem back then, please start with these free hardware diagnostics:   You have the NTIOLib_X64.sys driver involved in the memory dumps. This is a known cause of BSOD's on some systems. In this case it's located here:  C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\SUPER CHARGER\NTIOLib_X64.sys - so please uninstall the MSI SuperCharger program.FYI - the driver is usually present in other MSI programs (with different versions being installed in different locations throughout the computer), so a search of your system to remove the programs associated with them is recommended. Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! : FYI - these drivers date from before the release of W10, so they may not be compatible.  It would be a good idea to research each and every one to ensure that you have the latest, W10 compatible versions installed. In the event that they aren't compatible (or you don't know), the easiest thing is to uninstall them.  If needed, then you can install the latest available version (checking to be sure that it's compatible w/W10.  WmVirHid.sys                Tue Apr 27 16:08:53 455)Logitech WingMan Virtual Hid Device Driver} WmXlCore.sys                Tue Apr 27 16:09:26 476)Logitech WingMan Translation Driver} WmBEnum.sys                 Tue Apr 27 16:10:19 4AB)Logitech WingMan Virtual Bus Enumerator Driver} winio64.sys                 Fri Jun  4 00:08:03 C23)Nuvoton Technology Corporation PCIeBridge[br]Part of MSI Dragoon Gaming Center also}None at Nuvoton Tech dc3d.sys                    Wed May 18 04:07:24 E3C)Filter Driver for Identification of Microsoft Hardware Wireless Mouse and Keyboard Device Models - Microsoft IntelliType Pro / IntelliPoint} NTIOLib_X64.sys             Thu Oct 25 06:27:58 2E)MSI Afterburner driver (known BSOD issues with Windows) Also found to be a part of MSI Live Update 5, MSI Super Charger & MSI Smart Utilities.[br]    [br]  Recently (Nov 2014) there have been numerous instances of this driver in memory dumps.  Analysis reveals that they are scattered throughout the filesystem by the installed MSI command utilities.  For now I suggest uninstalling them all.} e22w8x64.sys                Wed Mar 26 11:58:37 F92D)Killer Networks Ethernet Card.  Driver dated Mon Dec  3 10:42:37 2012 (? and earlier) has Qualcomm Atheros Killer Service BSOD issue.  Workaround here:  iaStorA.sys                 Fri Aug 22 17:26:36 B58C)Intel RST (Rapid Storage Technology) driver } XP mbam.sys                    Wed Sep  3 13:50:25 E1)MBAMProtector} TeeDriverx64.sys            Tue Sep 23 16:01:14 D18A)Intel Management Engine Interface driver} iwdbus.sys                  Fri Oct  3 20:31:12 FD0)Intel WIDI Bus Enumerator driver[br]Related to Intel Widi - Wireless Display} Netwbw02.sys                Mon Mar 23 04:53:41 FD495)Intel® Wireless WiFi Link Driver - Intel® Wireless WiFi Link Adapter} dtlitescsibus.sys           Thu Mar 26 22:05:54 BB02)DAEMON Tools Lite Virtual SCSI Bus Driver} LGJoyXlCore.sys             Fri Apr 24 17:20:57 AB3B9) LGJoyXlCore.sys - this driver hasn't been added to the DRT as of this run. Thanks for the quick reply.
Usually it would be random.
I have been to , and notice that one of the test is by checking for the windows label, and I am able to locate it at the bottom of my laptop. I definitely do not hope that i have been sold with a counterfeit product given that i bought it at a reputable store. Furthermore considering that i was able to upgrade from windows 8 to windows 10 through windows update itself, I would think that this is a genuine product, again i may be wrong to assume this, obviously your the expert here.
Also, i usually just put my laptop to sleep instead of a full shut down, would this have any negative impact on the product- long term wise?
I have also noticed that a restart on the system will fasten the system for a while before going back to 100%.
I am currently using the free version of malwarebyte to scan my system, is it normal for it to run at 100% disk whilst scanning? task manager shows it is taking 10~20mb/s while all other programme is running at only 0.1mb/s.
Hope that i have clarify that i am not using a pirated version, if not, please guide as to how to prove it is.
Thank your for your help!! Much appreaciated. Cheers!

You can prove that the system doesn't have pirated software by submitting a fresh set of reports.
But, if you haven't done anything to remedy the problems, the indicators of piracy will still be there.
The only drawback to sleep that I've seen is that, occasionally, it will become corrupted and you'll have to reboot anyway.
It won't hurt the system AFAIK
As for the other problems, please remember that I stated previously that I will not provide further assistance related to this until the system is found to be free of pirated software.
Good luck to you.
