有关固体原料取样方式的问题
我公司对原料取样都是从桶里上中下三个部位进行取样的。但是碰到有个别原料不是粉末状是很硬的固体状，普通取样钎无法深入到底进行不同部位的取样。请问碰到这种情况如何处理？是否有特殊的取样工具，还是表面刮取一点粉末就可以了。谢谢！
你需要考虑取样物料的特性，如果均一性好，质量稳定，非关键性物料，可以取表面的物料就可以。
上中下取样，主要考虑的是会分层的物料；如果物料在运输、存储过储中不存在分层问题，上中下取样的必要性也不大。
如果是关键物料，均一性不好，又可能存在上中下质量不一致问题，你就需要上中下多点取样，取样方法没见过很适应的，大都是拨开来取，或更换包装。
我说的只是对有良心的供应商。
你需要考虑取样物料的特性，如果均一性好，质量稳定，非关键性物料，可以取表面的物料就可以。

谢谢回复，因为公司所用原料众多。如果有的原料只表面取，有的原料上中下取，这样取样部位的不统一，这在被审计时就很难解释，所以想统一都进行上中下取样。可个别物料实际操作很难上中下，所以来问问
建议你做一个风险评估报告，可以将物料分类一下，对不好取样的，你可以特殊规定，对好取的，上中下取，上中下取可以看着是更严格的控制，这样，大部分物料从严控制不需要理由，只有不好取样的，你评估一下它的风险，只取表面的风险看是否能接受，如果可以，你就可以分类取了。

原料药（非多品种混合粉）一般不要产生分层，离析的现象，取样可以在任何部位（但不建议在表层刮取）。
