1、用网线将PC跟TV连接，设定PC的IP为192.168.1.100。　　　　2、打开Tftpd32文件夹，运行tftpd32.exe，点击browse选择升级包所在的文件夹（即Target_T3文件夹），点击&serverinterfaces&选项的下拉列表，选择上面设定的IP.(注意，升级结束前，不要关闭该程序)。　　　　3、打开SecureCRT.exe连接完毕，重启电视机在初始化时一直按着Enter键直到出现&&MStar&&#。　　　　4、输入下列指令，清除nandflash的设定：reset　　　　5、待板子RESET，进入MBoot后，在提示符号&&MStar&&#后，输入下列指令，设定MBoot的网络环境：　　　　?setenvipaddr192.168.1.200　　　　?setenvserverip192.168.1.100　　　　?saveenv　　　　6、保存完毕执行mstarsetpartition烧partiton到NAND，输入下列命令：&&MStar&&#mstarset_partition　　　　7、执行mstar烧code&&MStar&&#mstar?待烧完，重新开机即可测试。
