新零售时代下，OUGO模式会是新风口吗?

社区零售、连锁便利店、无人超市、办公室无人货架、智能货柜&&围绕着新零售展开的话题覆盖了近一年来整个零售行业的热点。既然是&新&零售，那相对应的就是&旧&零售。从&旧&到&新&的迭代中，是什么在发生改变呢?
货、场、人
零售行业一直围绕着&货、场、人&三个因素展开。每个时代对这三个因素的焦点和重心也各不相同。在&旧&零售的发展阶段中，一直都是以商品的整合调配和市场的人流区位为核心。像国美、沃尔玛等大卖场都是以组货作为运营核心，三者之一的&人&只能根据自己的需求前往某个卖场进行消费行为。
互联网和电商的兴起首先替代了这类&不以消费者聚合为核心&的卖场，强调了顾客和用户的重要性。无论是科技的革新，还是马云所强调的&线上线下融合&，都是围绕用户体验展开。所以，新零售的发展就是以消费者为核心的一次转变。
新零售的转变
从本质上讲，零售业是为消费者提供服务的行业，所以为消费者创造不同于传统领域的价值，才是&新零售&时代下的发展机会。那么，如何通过科技、运营、供应链等手段做到消费升级呢?

其次，如何满足消费需求才是考验各品牌的关键。京东通过强大的物流体系为用户提供&一小时达&;果小美的无人货架为消费者创造了更便捷的消费场景;马云无人超市凭借淘宝强大的用户基数降低了用户的消费行为成本;OUGO，这个致力于&无人超市+大健康&的品牌，则结合中医健康管理为消费者提供健康消费的建议。当消费者进店后，可通过&中医智能镜&检测获得身体健康报告，再根据身体所需进行消费。周期性的健康检测将形成大数据健康跟踪档案，OUGO则可以对消费者做出精确的消费建议，从而减轻亚健康状态。通过在线分享、移动电子商务和线下业务的有效聚合，OUGO希望打造线上----移动端----线下的&三位一体&全新零售模式。
体验式消费
马云曾表示，传统零售不通过技术、数据和供给侧的重新改革是没有前途的。但在如今&新零售&的环境下，只一味地追求数据和技术的革新是无法存活的。所有的数据和技术应该要回归到如何更好地为消费者创造价值上，才是新零售&新&的意义。
在这一点上，OUGO无人超市联合祉云中医，通过人工智能和大数据的运用为消费者建立个人健康档案。这类为消费者提供的体验式消费的品牌则更像是新零售时代下孕育而生的产物。这样的设置为消费创造了更多的可能性。一方面，顾客可以根据APP上的健康提示进行购物，也可以直接进店先测试再消费。另一方面，顾客可以只进店做健康测试，更新自己的健康档案。这样的体验不仅可以增加无人超市的关联性消费，同时也带来了大量的流量。当纯粹的&无人&模式不再满足风口时，OUGO或许会带来新的惊喜。
